Creative Portal Community Guidelines

Welcome to the Creative Portal community!

We believe in nurturing talent, encouraging collaboration, and creating a positive space for all creatives. These Community Guidelines set out the standards of behaviour we expect from everyone using www.creativeportal.co.uk.

By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times.

1. Be Respectful- Treat everyone with kindness, professionalism, and respect. No hate speech, discrimination, or bullying will be tolerated. Respect different perspectives, backgrounds, and artistic expressions. We’re a diverse community—let’s celebrate that.

2. Keep it Safe for All Ages- Do not post or share content that is violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for younger users. Always mark mature content with a clear warning, if allowed at all. Never engage in grooming, suggestive messaging, or inappropriate communication. This is a creative space safe for users of all ages, including minors.

3. No Bullying or Harassment- Do not send threatening, abusive, or persistent unwanted messages. Don’t make personal attacks, insults, or target individuals. Respect others’ boundaries. If someone asks you to stop—stop.

4. Respect Copyright and Originality- Only upload content that you created or have permission to share. Always give credit where it’s due—no plagiarism, copying, or reposting others’ work without permission. Do not use the platform to sell or share stolen or unlicensed content. Be proud of your own voice and work. Protect others’ creativity too.

5. Protect Your Privacy (and Others’)- Don’t share personal details publicly (like your phone number, home address, or school). Never ask someone else for their personal information. Be cautious when connecting or meeting people offline—talk to a parent, teacher, or guardian first.

6. Keep It Clean- Avoid spam, scams, and self-promotion in inappropriate places. Don’t post misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information. Do not impersonate others or create fake profiles.

7. Report Concerns- If you see something that goes against these guidelines:
Use the report button on profiles, messages, or content Or contact our team at info@creativeportal.co.uk. All reports are confidential and taken seriously. Speak up—it helps keep the community safe for everyone.
8. What Happens If Guidelines Are Broken?- We take violations seriously. Depending on the situation, we may: Issue a warning, Remove content, Suspend or permanently ban an account, Report serious issues to safeguarding teams or law enforcement

9. Tips for a Positive Experience- Share constructive feedback, not harsh criticism. Collaborate and support others. Celebrate originality, effort, and learning. Follow the Safeguarding Policy and
