Creative Portal – Guidelines for Young Creatives

Let’s keep it safe, kind, and creative!
Welcome to Creative Portal! We’re excited you’re here to share your creativity, discover others’ work, and connect with new opportunities.
To help everyone enjoy their time on the platform, here are some simple rules to follow:
1. Be Kind- Treat others how you’d like to be treated. Be polite in comments and messages. No bullying, name-calling, or mean behaviour.

2. Keep It Clean and Safe- Don’t share rude or inappropriate pictures, videos, or messages.
Avoid swearing or adult language. This is a space for everyone, including younger people like you.

3. Protect Your Privacy- Never share your full name, address, phone number, or school online.
Don’t ask other people for their private details. If someone makes you feel uncomfortable— tell a trusted adult and report it to us.

4. Share Your Own Work- Only post things that you created. Don’t copy or steal other people’s artwork, writing, or ideas. Be proud of your own creativity!

5. No Bullying or Harassment- Don’t send unkind or creepy messages. Don’t pressure people into doing things. If someone bothers you, report them and block them.

6. If Something Feels Wrong – Report It. Use the Report button or email us at report@creativeportal.co.uk. We’ll look into it and keep your report private. It’s okay to speak up—you’re helping keep others safe too.

7. Have Fun and Be Supportive- Celebrate others’ work with kind comments and encouragement. Ask for feedback nicely and give helpful suggestions. Be yourself—and lift others up too!

Hey, welcome to Creative Portal! We’re hyped you’re here to share your art, find inspo, and connect with cool, creative people like you. Before you dive in, here’s the vibe check. These are the go-to rules to keep things chill, safe, and awesome for everyone:

1. Be Kind, Always- Treat people the way you wanna be treated. Drop positive vibes in comments and DMs. No bullying, no drama, no shady stuff.

2. Keep It Clean- No NSFW, rude, or sketchy content. Skip the swear words and adult talk. Remember: this space is for creatives of all ages!

3. Protect Your Info- Don’t post your full name, address, school, or phone number.
Don’t ask for other people’s private info either. If someone gives you bad vibes, block them and tell a grown-up you trust.

4. Post Your Own Stuff- Share your work—your art, your words, your ideas. No stealing or copying others’ stuff (not cool). Your creativity is your superpower—own it!

5. Zero Tolerance for Bullying- Don’t send weird or rude messages. No pressuring or creeping on people. If someone’s bugging you, block + report.

6. Something Feels Off? Speak Up- Hit that Report button or email us at report@creativeportal.co.uk. We’ll handle it privately. No judgment. Speaking up = protecting the community. You’re a hero.

7. Be a Hype Machine- Gas people up! Drop kind comments, ask cool questions, share support.
