Kintsgi- meaning 'golden joinery' the japanse art of reparing broken pottery with gold, built on the ideas of embracing flaws and highlighting imperfections
Wabi Sabi- this philosophy (associated with Kintsugi) highlights the impaortance of acceptance in Japanese culture, 'Wabi' which means 'the elegant beauty of humble simplicity' and 'Sabi' which means 'the passing of time and subsequent deterioration
