CSM Portfolio Page 1: Urban sounds project - Initial research and experimentation using bleach, ink and wax resist on paper as an attempt to interpret music and sounds into abstract visuals.

CSM Portfolio P2: Urban sounds project - Collage and mark making to create a sense of noise based around current affairs and alternating political views.

CSM Portfolio P3: Urban sounds project - Mixed media FINAL PIECE (2.5m wide) continuing commentary on conflicting political views and the destruction of our climate.

CSM Portfolio P4: From above project - Investigation into relevant and inspiring artists such as Jackson Pollock and Mark Bradford, as part of the initial phases of a project based on the theme "From above".

CSM Portfolio P5: From above project - Further research and portraiture influenced by Gustav Klimt, concentrating on the female form as the focal point of the project.

CSM Portfolio P6: From above project - Acrylic paint on board FINAL PIECE (1.5m tall) combined with textures created with sand, paper, ink, bleach and gold leaf to bring 3 very different artists and techniques together in a single piece.

CSM Portfolio P7: Decay project - Experimentation during initial research phase of a project based around the theme of "Decay", primarily using ink and bleach as the bleach "decays" the ink creating interesting patterns and textures.

CSM Portfolio P8: Decay project - Inspired by Anish Kapoor, these pieces (A5 and A2 sized) attempt to highlight the decaying properties of flesh and organic material, created using layers of acrylic painted PVA glue on canvas.

CSM Portfolio P9: Decay project - Experimentation in the lead up to the final piece taking the concept of flesh and death further by focusing it on a butchers shop window to make reference to the commercialization of the consumption of meat.

CSM Portfolio P10: Decay project - FINAL PIECE (1.2m tall), acrylic on loose unprimed canvas, to create an eye catching yet uncomfortable representation of an object that is not normally displayed for its aesthetic qualities.
